The Amicorp Group ('Amicorp') has been providing clients with specialized financial services worldwide since 1992. Through its global network of offices, it provides specifically tailored services involving corporate and trust management services, private wealth and estate planning, corporate, asset and project finance structuring and Business Process Outsourcing services. Early 2008 Amicorp decided to re-evaluate the usage of their financial systems. In July, they decided to continue with Maconomy and upgrade to x+ as its enterprise-wide solution to manage its operations across 24 countries and over 500 staff members.
The Maconomy Consulting Solution will be rolled out throughout the organisation to facilitate intensive job-costing, charging, productivity measurement and client profitability analysis. Amicorp will also make use of the advanced multi-company, multi-country and intricate VAT handling capabilities of Maconomy to facilitate intercompany transactions and ‘shared’ resources across offices and client structures.

The group financial back-office is consolidated in the Amicorp office in Bangalore, India – they will serve their offices throughout the world via a single networked solution allowing real-time group consolidation and profitability reporting. Go-Live is set for early 2009.
