Maconomy A/S today signed the final deal with Marstrand Innovation A/S for the acquisition and purchase of Intellectual Property (IP) rights to the resource planning solution Maconomy People Planner.
The purchase of Maconomy People Planner gives Maconomy full control of this strategically important product. It addresses some of the market’s greatest challenges in a time of scarce resources: Optimisation of resource utilisation and increased profitability.
Other than the purchase of IP rights, the deal includes perennial joint development efforts on People Planner. The solution can both be an integrated part of Maconomy’s product portfolio and used as a standalone solution with optional integration to other ERP systems.
Maconomy considers People Planner one of the cornerstones in our future growth and expansion. Our customers now have full confidence in the fact that People Planner will remain a part of the Maconomy product suite and will continue to be developed and supported.
