  • During the financial crisis Maconomy has managed to maintain a strong operational control, displaying increased profitability and commercial progress at the brink of 2010. Hence, Maconomy is once again ready for the “growth track”, which has allowed Maconomy to raise the bar and look ahead.
  • Maconomy’s strength is to create growth through an industry-deep focus on selected industries among Professional Services Organisations. As one of just a few specialists in this market, Maconomy has been able to assert itself as a significant international provider.
  • Professional Services Organisations are increasingly shifting their focus toward financial control and consolidation, entailing greater investments in business solutions and related services such as those provided by Maconomy.
  • This forms the basis of Maconomy’s new growth plan “Global Choice 2015”, which has the following focal points:
    • 20 percent EBIT in 2015 and 15 percent average revenue growth until 2015.
    • Global focus on selected Professional Services industries in order to:
      • Expand Maconomy’s European leadership position
      • Establish Maconomy as one of the Top 3 specialised providers in North America
      • Ensure significant revenue in Asia and new markets
      • Product strategy: to develop products that match “best practices” in Professional Services Organisations in order to support efficient and client-focused workflows in the best way possible. Development is done in Denmark and in Ukraine.
      • Distribution strategy: direct sales through own sales subsidiaries in 6 markets and partner sales outside the core markets.
